Our clients come in all shapes and sizes. From the micro businesses with perhaps only one employee,  those who only employ casuals, those who are growing and now find that they have a team developing through to those with hundreds of employees and a HR department of their own. 

I consider myself a HR strategist. This means that it is my job and that of my team to devise a HR system for each of these types of businesses that works for them. No matter the size of the system we design, they all have some similar aspects. They must be designed with protection of the business in mind, with wellbeing of the workers as paramount, and give both the workers and management tools to develop a safe, strong, productive workplace to drive economic outcomes for all.

So what are these systems like and what are the different levels of maturity that we can design for you? Perhaps you only need the basics, perhaps you already have that and we now need to push you to the next level. You don’t know what you don’t know, so read on and learn just how advanced we can take your HR system.
 
1. Initially many businesses just need a soft and hard system of documents that can be manually handled. These are cross referenced to each other and designed in a way to legally protect both the worker and  the business. Our trick here is to not suggest too many or a system that is to wieldy for your staff or industry but still achieves what it needs to. for some clients, other than a 12 month document review (where we check you are still most protected with current clauses based on case law) this is mostly all they need.
 
2. Other clients need to build on this by utilising 923|HR on a maintenance program. This means that you have ongoing access to our advice on our 1300 number and unlimited additional documents as needed. Many clients like to have the security of calling us up and talking through issue from the workplace. The difference between us and the rest ... we are not a call center. We actually know your business, have already worked with you and set up base line compliance, understand your culture, your growth plans and can tailor our advise to you specifically. When needed, we refer to our legal partners. 
 
3. Want a little more? Some clients want us to put together every contract and position description for each individual employee. When they take on a new employee they want us to complete induction, advise them on legal salary minimum levels, issue the contract and design the position description. Clients tell us what they need and we deliver. These clients are on an advanced maintenance program with us that is designed specifically for their business and their further needs.
 
4. Need some specific high level interventions? We have assisted clients with workflow platforms, designing recruitment systems, delivering engagement surveys, creating HR initiatives to increase productivity and more – clients come to us with a range of sometimes white difficult HR problems that are affecting their business and we deliver results in a consultative manner.
 
5. Looking for a more sophisticated technology platform for your HR?  We can design your workflows and documents through a cloud technology base, which we can then administer on your behalf to complete all the transactional work, leaving you free to utilise it on the basis of a platform to notate meetings, employee situations, performance management etc. We can also set up for employee self-service to reduce your costs and administrative duties. You can log in from anywhere, any time and we will look after all the nuts and bolts for you!
