  14. What is the MC Division of Nine2Three?

MacMillan Corporate, is a division of Nine2Three Employment Solutions, a highly professional boutique recruitment company which offers unique employment solutions that are relevant to the rapidly changing economic conditions. MacMillan Corporate specialises in the placement of executive level candidates into banking, finance and senior management roles. We offer high-quality, value-adding candidates that can quickly increase the productivity and profitability of any organisation.

We proactively identify, contact and select candidates for MC roles, using the combined methodologies of comprehensive executive search and targeted advertising.

Most MC roles are full-time roles with our corporate clients, however, we additionally receive requests to find part-time senior roles as well for the SME sector.

  15. How are Candidates selected for inclusion in the MC Division?

The Nine2Three recruitment team looks at each and every resume that is submitted to us. Based on a candidates qualifications, skills and experience, we allocate you as suitable for roles within our Nine2Three division (flexible part-time roles), our MC Division or both.

Often the candidate will be looking for a part-time or  flexible role, typical of the Nine2Three division, but we identify that they would also be highly suitable for some of our corporate clients. Often our larger clients will consider offering some flexibility to secure the right candidate. Additionally some candidates notify us that they currently need a part-time role, but would consider full time for the right job or in the future.

Our proactive approach has been designed to ensure that we offer you every possible opportunity from both divisions of Nine2Three.

  16. What if I receive Job Alerts that are not suitable?

At Nine2Three, we pride ourselves on thinking outside the box. This means that we consider it important to offer you a range of positions that may be suitable. Sometimes you may receive an MC job alert for a role, that may not suit your current situation.

Please simply delete the email or feel free to forward on to any of your colleagues. Many candidates have advised us that while they may not be in a position to accept a specific role currently, they value being kept 'in the loop' of communication.
