Where is your office?
We are located in Endeavour House. Suite 305 on level 3, Stapleton Ave Sutherland. Located diagonally opposite Peace Park and a short stroll from the train station.
-
Am I under any obligation if I want to speak to a consultant?
Absolutely not, we are happy to come to your office and discuss any issue with you.
-
Do your candidates only work between the hours of Nine and Three?
Our candidates are extremely flexible and range from those who would like flexible hours to those who can work long hours at any time. We recruit full time roles as well as part time and understand that not every role can lend itself to the Nine2Three idiom. Our focus is to find the right person for your role and if that necessitates a candidate who can work long hours, that’s what we look for.
-
Is your office only open between the hours of Nine and Three?
Our office is open for your convenience Monday - Friday from 9am - 5pm, but often you will find us there earlier or later to complete our work. We put our clients first!
-
What if I need some one-off help in office administration?
At Nine2Three, we have the ability to offer you an on-hired employee for those times when you just need an extra pair of hands. Call the office with your request and let us find you the help you need!
-
What happens when I contact Nine2Three Employment Solutions?
We will take your details over the phone and receive a brief outline of your recruitment needs. We will then organise a meeting at your convenience to gain a more detailed understanding of how we can help you. If we miss your call, one of our consultants will call you back and arrange a meeting to discuss your specific needs.
-
What happens following our initial meeting?
Following our initial meeting, we will send you through a proposal which outlines everything we have discussed. This will include a detailed job description and our Terms and Conditions. Following your approval we commence your work immediately.
-
What about advertising? Do I have any say where the advert is placed?
Absolutely. We assist you by writing your advertisement and suggesting where it should be placed. You need to sign off on this, so we do not go ahead without your approval in terms of both design and placement.
-
How much money is the advertisement likely to cost me?
We fully discuss your advertising plan and advise you of the approximate costs for specific ads. Once again you have to sign off on any print media advertisement before we place it, so you will know the cost up front and have the power to alter any details. As our specialty is clerical, administrative and accounts roles, we usually find the local media or on-line searches are suitable for the types of roles we recruit for. We also include a variety of complimentary advertisements with our recruitment and your consultant will advise you of these when we meet.
-
When you start on my job brief, how often will I hear from you?
We always keep in contact with you, advising you how our search is going and our success to date. We let you know the number of candidates we are seeing and the results of our interviews.
-
How do you invoice me for an on-hired employee?
All Nine2Three on-hired staff bring timesheets with them to your office. At the conclusion of each day, they fill in the hours worked for you. At the conclusion of the week, you sign their timesheet to verify their hours. These timesheets are then faxed through to the Nine2Three office. We use these time sheets to pay the staff and to invoice you. We invoice our clients every fortnight for work completed in the previous two weeks.
-
Am I responsible for tax and super with on-hired staff?
No, we look after all the employment liabilities for the worker, leaving you free to concentrate on your business. We remit the workers PAYG to the ATO and remit their superannuation to the fund of their choice. You can relax leave it all to us!
-
Who pays for workers compensation with an on-hired employee?
All our on-hired staff are fully covered for workers compensation while they work in your business.
-
If I give you a recruitment brief, how do you invoice my business?
