Our products will be dispatched within 2 working days (48 hrs) from receipt of your payment.
All our products are sent by registered post both within Australia and Internationally.
Overseas orders will be dispatched within 2 working days, however allow 7-14 days for delivery as different country’s postal service delivery times vary.

Please choose carefully as we regret that no refund can be given if you simply change your mind.
Goods that are received with any fault from the manuafucturer, are to be returned to us so that a full refund of the purchase price can be given less the postage costs.

For all deliveries within Australia, a postage and handling fee of $5.00 will be added to the cost of your purchase price of the product. Postage is by registered mail to guarantee delivery to your preferred address.
For overseas orders, a postage and handling fee of $20.00 will be added to the cost of your order. Overseas postage is by registered mail.

Payment for orders can be made in several ways:

Credit Card payments via our secure payment portal. Follow the link when you place your order. Your credit card details are always secured with 128 bit encryption.
Payment through Pay Pal. Follow the link when you place your order.
Cheques drawn on Australian Bank accounts and money order. These can be posted to us at PO Box 444, Sutherland NSW 1499. Goods will only be posted on clearance of funds.
Direct deposit. Contact accounts@nine2three.com.auor 1300 923 000 and request the accounts department.
