Maria Cordi, your Coach at Nine2Three

Maria Cordi is Nine2Three’s specialist in Personality Testing, Skills Testing and Coaching. Maria holds a Bachelor of Science (Psychology) and a Master of Applied Science (Psychology of Coaching), and with more than twenty years experience in recruitment, career planning, coaching, training and human resources.

Maria has a thorough understanding of matching the skills, experience and ability of each individual candidate, with the requirements of clients on the job. Her experience as a Coach is ideal in assisting candidates’ examine their skills, ability and experience.

Maria brings with her the accumulated experience and knowledge from all her previous roles. Having been in a position of returning to the workforce, she also possesses an intimate understanding of the issues surrounding mature age candidates re-entering paid employment and candidates facing retrenchment and career progression.
