Again' the information is tailored for mature-aged people, who have life-experience and often work-experience too. The book emphasises how job seekers can understand their skills better and market them in their job search.
The book is written in a comprehensive and simple way and is very reader-friendly. It is suitable for those who speak English as a first language as well as those who come from a non-English background. It is a great tool to provide information and empower job seekers.
