Unlike every other Recruitment Agency, we have NO MINIMUM CHARGES for our Temp staff!

The concept for Nine2Three was developed by Ross and Kathryn, due to Kathryn’s need to re-train herself and re-enter the workforce. However, Kathryn found her biggest barrier to employment was her need and desire to be able to care for her family as well as work. Asking for work from nine in the morning till three in the afternoon can be daunting for any employee, let alone a ‘return to the work force’ mother.
But something unusual happened….
She found an employer who was willing to give her the chance. Not only was the relationship between employer and employee strong, but the flexibility offered by the employer ensured that Kathryn gave her utmost to please and be a great employee for the company. It worked!
Every community has businesses, seeking employees. Each community also has a large number of mature individuals, often with extensive experience, seeking work.
Nine2Three is the conduit which brings these two groups together.
