7SepWhat Does Branding Mean To Nine2Three?

Posted on 7/09/2015 by Nine2Three

Branding is everything. Everything your business does impacts your brand and how you are perceived by your customers, clients, and the community at large. It goes way beyond your logo.  Everything from your website, your employees, and any advertising and public relations you partake in, all form part of your brand.

So what does branding mean to Nine2Three?

When people think of recruitment and human resource management… We want the first name to pop into their head to be ‘Nine2Three’. This is what we aim to achieve. To be the first one you call when you need assistance with your recruitment and HR practices.

At Nine2Three, we do a number of things to increase our brand awareness and brand recognition. We have a large social media presence, with pages and channels on Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.

We also have newsletters we send out on a regular basis to both clients and candidates, informing them of topics such as recruitment industry trends, the latest HR practices, as well as any available jobs we have.

But perhaps the most important aspect of Nine2Three’s branding, is Australia’s Biggest BUSINESS Morning Tea, which we have successfully grown and run for the past three years. This part of branding is part of our commitment to being a socially responsible organisation. Through running this event, we are not only able to raise much needed funds for the Cancer Council, but we are also able to become a highly recognised brand for corporate social responsibility.

Branding can be considered to be one of the most important aspects of your business. Strong branding allows your customers to connect with you on a personal level; as your brand becomes part of their daily lives. A strong brand also allows your business to grow and reach new customers. If your brand is one people know and trust to provide exceptional service, one hundred percent of the time, the possibilities for your business become limitless.

Your brand is your business identity. Build it, grow it, and live it, and be the first thing that comes into your customers mind when they need your product or service.
